Regulations of stay
Dear guests! For the sake of safety and order, we present the applicable regulations. The rules of stay in our houses set out the obligations of persons using the rented holiday house. 1. The cottage rent includes a number of up to 4 people. 2. Any additional person may be accommodated after the owner's consent and for an additional fee. 3. The hotel day starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure. Please discuss any individual situations with the owner. 4. Within 3 days of making the reservation, a deposit of the equivalent of 30% of the total cost of the stay is required. 5. Other amounts due from renting the holiday home must be paid on the first day of stay (all holiday makers are obliged to pay the climate fee set by the Kołobrzeg Commune). 6. A refundable deposit of PLN 200 is charged for the duration of stay in the houses. 7. We do not take responsibility for valuable items left in the cottage. All persons who rent the house are responsible for all personal items in the house. 8. Report any defects or damage to the property owners immediately. 9. When leaving, make sure that the electrical devices have been turned off and that windows and doors have been closed 10. The owners of the house are financially responsible for damages that occurred during the stay. Guests are required to comply with the regulations on fire safety. 11. The owners of the house during the stay can use the paid unguarded parking. The Lessor is not responsible for damages related to the car being left by the tenant in an unguarded car park 12. The house has a total no smoking . 13. Please do not take the items that come with them out of the houses. 14. Garbage and other waste should be stored in a container located outside the house. 15. Handing over and picking up the holiday home takes place in the presence of the owner. 16. There is a curfew on the property from 22:00 to 7:00. 17. Guests visiting Guests are required to leave the property by 22:00 at the latest. 18. In the event of failure to comply with the regulations, the owner of the cottage may terminate the lease with immediate effect without reimbursing the costs incurred by the landlord 19. The Landlord may not make the dock available to other persons not registered in the "Sand Houses" even if the deadline for which he has paid has not expired. 20. The Lessee is obliged to leave the house in the condition it found (bedding removed, ordered space), otherwise a fee of PLN 100 PLN for organizing the house will be charged . 21. The garden has a playground (garden) use only at your own risk. 22. We do not agree to pets.
